Like Bolthouse Farms' other pea protein milks, Vanilla has 10 grams of protein in an eight-ounce serving. Note that one serving also contains 24% of your RDA of sugar. Unsweetened Original

There is a sweetened Ripple Original, but Unsweetened Original is adaptable the way dairy milk is in that you can use it for anything, including cooking. In fact, cooking might be the best way to use this one as its flavor strikes some as oddly doughy.
