Vegan Waffles at Target
1. Vans Gluten Free Waffles
Target carries Vans Gluten Free Original and Blueberry waffles for vegans on the gluten-free path. They’re made from a brown rice, potato, rice and soy flour blend, and the Original waffles are sweetened with natural fruit juice instead of sugar. Vegans who don’t omit gluten from their diets love them, too, so really, they’re the every-vegan’s waffles.
2. Earth’s Best Organic Blueberry Mini Waffles
These adorable little waffles are all organic with healthy whole wheat and blueberry puree. Loaded with vitamins and minerals, one serving provides 50 percent of your RDA of iron. With only two grams of added sugar, they’re better for blood glucose levels than some other sugar-packed waffles, and they contain zero hydrogenated oils. Their mini size is fun for kids, but how could anyone resist?
3. Nature’s Path Pumpkin Spice Gluten Free Waffles

A little pumpkin spice is warming on cold winter mornings. Nature’s Path Pumpkin Spice waffles are gluten-free, blending brown rice, potato and corn flours with pumpkin puree, cinnamon and nutmeg. We’re thinking these waffles topped with vegan ice cream for dessert.
4. Nature’s Path Dark Chocolate Chip Gluten Free Waffles
Indulge your sweet tooth with these vegan waffles studded with dark chocolate chips. Made with brown rice flour, cocoa butter and soy oil, they just so happen to be gluten-free, too. Dress them up in fresh raspberries for a chocolate-raspberry treat.
5. Krusteaz Belgian Waffle Mix
If you prefer to make your own waffles, you can use Krusteaz Light & Crispy Belgian Waffle Mix. Its vegan ingredients list includes flour, sugar and baking soda. The box says to add eggs and oil, but use something like Ener-G Egg Replacer to make your waffle recipe vegan.
