Can You Just Add Water?
Unfortunately, the directions on the pancake mix aren’t vegan friendly. They call for adding milk and eggs rather than just water.
However, like all things, it’s pretty easy to make adjustments like this…
- Use an egg replacer* product for the eggs (or make a flax egg).
- Replace dairy milk with soy milk or other non-dairy variety.
It’s seriously that simple!
