We love Kashi waffles for how nutritiousand delicious they are.They’re high-fiber from whole grains along with airy in texture.And they grill up or toast to crackly perfection.

Their famous blueberry have a ton of whole grains and flaxseeds, but no animal products to be found.

Next time you should do more research before making a whole article telling people their waffles are vegan when they’re NOT! If you would simply just go to their website you would see the protein is derived from a mix of hemp seeds, cage-free eggs, soy and whey protein. Making it not vegan.
They have many types of waffles. Perhaps the protein variety wasn’t available when we wrote this piece?
