Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Ready Brek Super Smooth Oats
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (original, unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp Soy-based Yogurt (we recommend vanilla flavor)
  • 1/2 cup Mixed Berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (optional)
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon (to taste)
  • 11 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  • In a clean mason jar, mix the Ready Break super smooth oats with the almond milk. Make sure that the oats are evenly soaked in the milk. You may adjust the milk to achieve the desired consistency.
  • To sweeten the mixture, add some maple syrup or any sweetener of your choice.
  • For a more balanced taste, add a dash of salt.
  • Add the soy-based yogurt.
  • Top the mixture with fresh mixed berries. If the berries are frozen, you may add them in once defrosted.
  • Close the jar and refrigerate overnight.
  • Right before eating the overnight oats in the morning, add a drizzle of ground cinnamon for added flavor.
