Equipment

  • Mason Jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Cashew Milk (unsweetened)
  • 3 tbsp Vegan Yogurt (Plain)
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup (or any sweetener)
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (fresh)
  • 1/2 Medium-sized Banana (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (ground)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Start by putting in the rolled oats in the mason jar.
  • Top it with the vegan yogurt.
  • Pour in the cashew milk. Mix the ingredients together, ensuring that the rolled oats are evenly soaked in the cashew milk.
  • If sweeter overnight oats are preferred, use some maple syrup. Be careful not to make it too sweet as the rest of the ingredients may already be naturally sweet.
  • Top the mixture with the chopped bananas. As a final layer, add in the blueberries.
  • For a more balanced taste, add a dash of salt and some ground cinnamon to taste.
  • Close the jar and refrigerate overnight. Your overnight oats should be ready the next day.
