Equipment

  • Mason Jar

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 3 tbsp Soy Yogurt (vanilla flavor is our favorite, unsweetened)
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (adjust amount as desired)
  • 1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh, chopped)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
  • Juice of half a lemon (optional)

Instructions

  • Put together the rolled oats, yogurt, and milk in a mason jar. Use a spoon to stir it into a good mix.
  • Add in the chia seeds. Once again, use a spoon to make sure it's evenly mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add some maple syrup. Be careful not to use too much, adjust the amount depending on the sweetness level desired.
  • Add a dash of salt for a more balanced taste.
  • Close the jar properly and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
  • Your overnight oats should be ready in the morning. You may squeeze half a lemon into the mixture if desired.
