- 1/2 cup Rolled oats
- 3 tbsp Soy Yogurt (vanilla flavor is our favorite, unsweetened)
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk (unsweetened)
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (adjust amount as desired)
- 1/4 cup Strawberries (fresh, chopped)
- 1 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
- Juice of half a lemon (optional)
Put together the rolled oats, yogurt, and milk in a mason jar. Use a spoon to stir it into a good mix.
Add in the chia seeds. Once again, use a spoon to make sure it's evenly mixed with the rest of the ingredients.
Add some maple syrup. Be careful not to use too much, adjust the amount depending on the sweetness level desired.
Add a dash of salt for a more balanced taste.
Close the jar properly and refrigerate the mixture overnight.
Your overnight oats should be ready in the morning. You may squeeze half a lemon into the mixture if desired.
