Vegan Blueberry Waffles

This quick and easy recipe is ideal for anyone in a rush or anyone who's a novice in the kitchen. These waffles come together fast, and it won't be long at all until you're enjoying your breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup Almond Milk
  • 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
  • 1/2 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all wet ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a separate bowl.

  3. Pour wet ingredients mix over dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

  4. Preheat the waffle maker and pour over mixture (enough to cover each mold). Cook for around 10 minutes, or until golden brown.

  5. Serve with fresh blueberries and sugar.
