Why go for a GoWISE model?

GoWISE is a great brand for air fryers. It offers effective, powerful devices that fry food to crispy perfection without the use of oil, and the features that they offer are at the cutting-edge of air fryers on the market. It’s especially good for its pre-programmed settings, which are more extensive than most other air fryers, so especially good for making your air frying experience even easier.

If you want an advanced air fryer with a bunch of great specs and options, a GoWISE is an obvious choice.

Some other alternative brands to consider are T Fal and Kalorik.

What are the similarities between the models?

The models are all the same in a number of ways. All of them have variable temperature control between 174 and 400°F, which allows you to cook a wide range of things in your fryer: these vegan bacon-wrapped mini breakfast burritos, for instance. Since different foods cook at different speeds and at different temperatures, this wide range means that you can cook a whole assortment of different foods with the same fryer.

All of these models also have capacities between 2.75 and 3.7 quarts, which is a regular size for the air fryer market and designed for serving between 2 and 3 people. If you tend to cook for more people some of these fryers do have larger options available.

All of these models also have one-year warranties (found at the manufacturer’s website here), which is also roughly standard for air fryers.

What are the differences between the models?

There are a couple of differences between the models, but not as many as might be expected because air fryers are still a relatively new addition to the market.

Some of these models have digital interfaces, by which you can push the LED screen directly to change the temperature and time. Others have analog interfaces, so you need to turn dials to adjust these settings.

Some of these models have pre-programmed settings, which makes these fryers much more efficient to use. These settings are labelled by the food they’re supposed to cook – “chips”, for instance – and pushing them means that the temperature and time are automatically set for the food you’ve added. Instead of having to look up the recommended cooking time and temperature for each thing you’d like to cook, you can just push a button and let the machine do all the work for you – then just come back when it’s done.

Some of these models also have different color options, for you to customize your appliance for your kitchen, and some are dishwasher-safe for easy clean-up. Some also come with recipe booklets designed to help you get creative with your device and try out a bunch of new things.

The model that works best for you is the one that is going to help you do whatever you want your air fryer for. If you want it to make your cooking process easier, you should choose one with pre-programmed settings. If you’re often busy, you should get one that’s dishwasher-safe. If you have cultivated décor in your kitchen, pick one with good color options that’ll blend right in and an interface that suits the other appliances that you have.

Whatever you need, there’s sure to be a GoWISE air fryer for you.

GoWISE USA 3.7-Quart 7-in-1 Programmable Air Fryer + 50 Recipes for your Air Fryer Book, GW22621

The GoWISE 4th Generation Electric Air Fryer is the best model on this list for a couple of reasons. Like most GoWISE products, it has a 3.7-quart capacity (but also a 5.8 qt option) and variable temperature control between 175 and 400°F, a standard range for this range.

Where this model beats the rest is with its pre-programmed settings, its color options, and its functionality. It has seven pre-programmed settings, one of the highest on this list, that allow you to fry all sorts of things with a push of the button.

The options are:  chips, meat, chicken, steak, shrimp, fish, and cake - although we recommend that you stick with veggies! And it has both a 30-minute timer and an LCD touch screen, so it’s very easy to use, and it comes with a recipe book to help you make the most of your machine.

Here are the four color options we could find:

This is a great air fryer if you’d like an excellent product that’s very easy to use and comes in a couple of assorted colors for you to match to your kitchen or need a huge size for lots of guests. It’s sleek, effective, and a favorite of consumers.

PROS

  • Seven pre-programmed settings
  • Four color options

GoWISE USA 3.7-Quart Programmable 8-in-1 Air Fryer, GW22611

The GoWISE 8-in-1 Digital Electric Air Fryer another excellent offering from GoWISE. It has the brand’s classic 3.7-quart capacity and variable temperature control between 176 and 392°F. However, it’s better than most of the range for a couple of reasons: its pre-programmed settings, digital interface, and color options.

This model comes with eight pre-programmed settings, one of the most on this list.

The settings are: warm-up, chips, chicken, steak, shrimp, meat, cake, and fish. It’s one more than the previous model, with the addition of the warm-up setting making it easier to get the machine ready for use.

It comes in both black and white and has an attractive digital interface that’ll make it look great in your kitchen. It also comes with a recipe booklet, to help you get inspired with your machine.

GoWISE USA 3.7-Quart Programmable Air Fryer with 8 Cook Presets, GW22638

The GoWISE 8-in-1 Electric Air Fryer is another excellent offering from GoWISE, with very similar specs to the previous model. It also has a 3.7-quart capacity, variable temperature from 175-392°F, and dishwasher-safe parts. It has eight pre-programmed settings: warm up, chips, chicken, steak, meat, cake, fish, and shrimp, which makes it towards the top of this list. It can easily fry just about anything that you’d want an air fryer to, and the added ‘warm up’ setting makes it super easy to get the machine ready to go.

It has three colors – black, red, and white. This is fewer than some of the other GoWise models, but more than most air fryers on the market. Since many kitchen appliances can be found in red, it’s a great opportunity to synchronise your air fryer to your kitchen décor. It has a 30-minute timer to help you time your cooking perfectly.

This is a great choice if you want a top model air fryer with plenty of specs and lots of pre-programmed settings to make things easy, and aren’t too interested in a model with a digital interface.

PROS

  • Eight pre-programmed settings
  • Two color options
  • Dishwasher-safe parts
  • 30-minute timer

CONS

  • Analog interface

GoWISE USA 2.75-Quart Digital Air Fryer, GW22632

The first of the two GoWISE 2nd Generation air fryer models is the better of the two for a couple of reasons. Both are simple, early models from GoWISE that specialise in doing the basics of air frying, without pre-programmed settings like the other GoWISE models. This model, the GW22632, is better than the following model because of its digital interface, which makes choosing a temperature and a time that much easier.

This model has the standard variable temperature range, from 175-400°F. It has a smaller capacity than the other GoWISE models, at 2.75 quarts, but this is not as significant a difference as to be an important consideration.

It  has dishwasher-safe parts for easy clean-up. It also has a 30-minute timer.

It’s a great pick if you like the digital interface of other models, but you aren’t particularly set on the pre-programmed settings of other models. As a result, it’s best for someone who’s more involved in the cooking process and who is likely to be present in the kitchen while the air fryer is working, to monitor the process.

Colors Red and White available at the previous links.

PROS

  • Three color options
  • Dishwasher-safe parts
  • Digital interface
  • 30-minute timer

CONS

  • No pre-programmed settings

This is a great air fryer if you’d like an excellent product that’s simple and bare-bones.

It’s an effective air fryer, but it does have fewer features than the other GoWISE models. It doesn’t have any pre-programmed settings, so you should be around the machine while it’s working to make sure the cooking process goes smoothly – and you’ll need to set the cooking time and temperature manually, instead of the air fryer doing it for you.

This model only comes in one color: black (that we were able to locate). It doesn’t have a digital interface, but instead is operated through two dials controlling cooking time and temperature. As a result, it’s a stripped-down model ideal for someone who isn’t fussed about having bells and whistles on their device, but instead just wants an effective device.

PROS

  • 30-minute timer
  • Simple and effective

CONS

  • No pre-programmed settings
  • Analog interface

So which model should you go for?

The best model on this list is the GoWISE 4th Generation Electric Air Fryer , for a number of reasons. It’s got a digital interface, which makes it much easier to use than an analog interface, and the seven pre-programmed settings make it even easier, since you can push a button and the machine will automatically set its cooking time and temperature for the food you’ve added. It’s also dishwasher-safe, and it comes with a bunch of color options so you can customize it to your kitchen.

This model is a great pick from GoWISE’s range, as it has a whole lot of useful features that make it even easier to use than the other models. It’s ideal for someone who wants a much easier and healthier way of frying.
