  1. Why are you telling people to make sure it’s vegan??? Real kimchi is NOT vegan or vegetarian and vegan/vegetarian kimchi isn’t worth buying! It’s just not comparable at all. It lacks all the depth and Umami goodness or real kimchi. Buy actual kimchi or don’t even bother.
